Except Customer Service everything else is horrible. Did put Mycar through AMI for panels repair and paint & they malfunctioned my rear power window. When I arise the issue one of their mechanic checked and told me it is not their fault. If you are giving your car under insurance claim do not go there.

Brilliant customer service, car done within the next day, thought it's at least 3-5 days. The service flow is professional. Highly recommended.

As we insure with ami you have to use their own repair center. Worst experience ever from a panel shop I have ever had, used about 20 different ones over the years. 17 yr old Daughter had small front damage from some one backing into her. Decided this would be a good experience for her to learn how to deal with insurance company and panel shop and left her to deal with taking the car in, all good until she went to pick it up and the replaced bumper was misaligned in the opposite side to the original damage. They told her it was like that before the accident. It wasn’t and sent her in her way. We then complained to AMI. 5 weeks later we’re told to take it back this time the wife took it in and they tried the same story. Luckily she stood up to them. They then arranged to fix it and we had to take it back in again to get sorted, got it back to day and they must have used a water blaster to clean it and have forced water into the headlight. Neve had water in it before. I suppose this is the problem with dealing with a big corporate, the employees really don’t care like an owner operator would. Sad outcome for the industry and shines a bad light on Ami (iag) insurance.

Absolutely amazing experience. Communication is excellent, turnaround was quick, damage assessment was professional and transparent (explaining exactly what they were going to do), the late model courtesy car was nice and the repair was of high quality. They went over and above and detailed my whole car inside and out. I've had a couple repairs before and heard countless horror stories so never have I thought this experience could be so painless. One of the best professional experiences I have ever had. Incredibly pleasant staff, top-of-the-range facility, amazing communication and super fast repairs. Had my car fixed in less than 48 hours from drop off. Wonderful modern courtesy cars too. Absolutely nothing to complain about - if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
