I am happy with an online purchase of a dell laptop battery. They quickly replaced a battery they sent out to me first turned to be faulty. Clear communication. no hassle with replacement. Quality of the second battery is great.

Broke my S21 Ultra completely. Took it in for a screen replacement, they claimed to have the parts and claimed to be able to complete the fix the same day. All of a sudden I get a call saying they no longer have the parts and they thought it was an S20.I took it to another repair centre to find that they had completely bolded the screws on the sim tray component and likely tried ripping it out of the phones frame due to breaking the screws.This has led to motherboard damage and the phone will no longer detect a SIM card.The SIM card was working completely fine before I gave them the s21 to fix.I’m down over $1200 due to these guysDo not go here. They do not know what they are doing.

Went to this people for touch screen digitizer replacement. Lots and lots of gap in all the 4 sides, was not happy at all. When i asked the person regarding the gap, he said that's the best they can do and gaps cannot ve avoided. He got angry and cursing and abusing in his own language to his colleague. I wanted to buy few more items for laptop, but awful customer service and rude employees I had to refrain from buisness with them. Please ignore these people as they sell lot of fake products.

I very rarely share bad reviews but just encountered least helpful and rude customer rep I've ever come across. Was looking at a pretty big set of purchases for my business based on how helpful / good these guys were on a small matter. If you own this company you might want to check who is on the desk today. If I just spoke to the owner .... avoid this business

Terrible service - Dropped 2 iPads in here. One had a headphone jack stuck in the port. They told me they were unable to fix it which was fine, but they returned the iPad and it is completely unusable. There are specs under the screen that are very visible. The iPad will do a million things at once, switching tabs opening apps etc... constantly and I have no control over it. Seems to be unrepairable damageThe other iPad needed a battery replacement which they said they could do. After leaving the iPad there for days I called asking about it and they told me that they couldn't get the battery in for it so there was nothing that they could do about that one either.0/2 iPads and one with irreversible damage, Cheers Raytech

Excellent deals from a very helpful trader. In the Albany area on Bush Rd a small but well stocked online store who allow pick ups. Very competitive pricing. Certainly worth the effort to cross the bridge and head 5 minutes to Upper Highway off ramp. Easily accessible and open Saturdays until 4p.m.

Easy to buy the parts I needed, however I decided to do a pickup myself when I got there, there was 1 staff member manning the counter and 4 people waiting in line, When I got there I asked the person in front of me how long they had been waiting and he said 10 minutes.All the while, there were 3 staff members outside unpacking boxes of new stock instead of helping customers, waited 20 minutes for a staff member to help me and thats after I had to complain for someone to get up and assist

Buyer beware. These cowboys sell COUNTERFEIT laptop batteries. Not just incompatible but FAKE. Of the two HP batteries in photos one is genuine the other a very good counterfeit version bought from Raytech.
