My first salon visit in 3 years and my first ever visit to NSA and I am absolutely stoked with my cut and the service I had.I booked in a shampoo and cut package and it was SO worth itThe scalp massage and wash Milly gave me was lovely. I liked the shampoo she used (vegan, no SLS and nasties-free) and she was very welcoming when I arrived also, ensuring I was taken care of immediately.Kelly did my cut, asking me what style I wanted and then giving me advice about my fringe, the length and my face shape etc. She knows her stuff.She did a great job. It looks really nice and on the way home I had 2 people say my hair looks good!I walked into NSA a *messy bun* girl with a head full of thick, heavy, dull hair, and I walked out feeling like a sleek, glossy, gorgeous, pampered QUEEN and that's exactly how you should feel leaving a salon.I will be back Ladies! Thank you!

Really wanted to give this place a high rating but left disappointed because the hairdresser was not paying attention while greeting customers and shaving my sides at the same time, now I’m stuck with an uneven cut.I just asked for the sides done and the back and top left long but the hair dresser decided to take length off. Please pay more attention to your customers.

Best hair dressers in town. I have been twice now and my son has been once. The ladies are so friendly and I never have to wait past my appointment time. They use lovely products and it is always clean and tidy.

Under staffed and was told by hairdressers too busy to do a service I booked in for so I received a poor service and hair badly done. I had to go and beg another hairdresser to fix. ( which cost me even more money) I do not recommend if you are from out of town and in town for an event.
