Chris’s support in recommending and help organising tradespeople was invaluable. The quality of work by all those recommended exceeded our expectations and as a result we were thrilled with the presentation of the property. Chris’s knowledge of the market, up front honesty, timely market feedback after open homes and understanding of our situation enabled us to confidently negotiate and realise the best price in a difficult market. Chris was extremely professional in his dealings with us and the lawyers, in what was a difficult legal situation. We appreciated how he worked directly and closely with the lawyers to resolve all the issues, which made the process much easier for us.
