Highly recommend Jess! She is amazing at listening to what you want done while giving you the best chat which is definitely needed during those 4 hour sessions, she is such a superstar and if it was up to me she would get a pay raise!! Especially staying overtime to finish up the last few things with my hair ❤ this place is awesome

I started my haircut here with Renee , She was exceptional and I quite like her bubbly and happy personality as I didn't know what I wanted.She was eager to help and as someone who's fussy and didn't know whatI really want she was quite patient.I will definitely come back again, Thanks

Kia ora,I've recently had my hair styled after 1.5 - 2 years of hair growth. I was honestly quite nervous in regards to having my hair cut and styled but was pleasantly surprised to experience consistency, focused accuracy, and a high standard of professionalism.I know there is no such thing as perfectly cut hair but if I were to judge the quality of the results I would go as far as to say that this cut rates within the top 5 cuts I've received in my life. Thank you,I hope to make another appointment soon now that I've had a chance to judge the results after some time post-cut. Thanks to the team at Olette and Renee for the service and excellence.
