Melville Service Centre

Christmas Eve day and the guys managed to fit my car in with no booking at all. My car had been serviced and got a wof at another place two days ago and hadn’t tightened the battery connector properly so my car shut down completely, these guys worked their magic and now my kids and I can still go away for Christmas. I am beyond grateful for their time! Super great guys, will now be my regular.

As a female dropping off a car, the worry is that I will be 'played' into repairs I don't need. But MSC hasn't let me down yet. Even when I have voiced a concern and have asked them to check something, they have told me it's still good.. And I can probably still get X amount - of- life still out of it. THAT'S integrity! They're friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Accommodating even when busy and charge fair prices. Most importantly I know I can go there and won't be mucked around because I don't know much about cars. I will be a regular customer now after dealing with these guys.

Can't speak highly enough of Ben , Ryan and the team at Melville service centre....we have been bringing our two cars here for many years and after moving away from Melville and trying out a local garage, who missed two things on our wof and were extremely rude whilst doing so (Dinsdale roundabout garage to name and shame) we are happily back with the boys who not only have always been good honest mechanics who are awesome at their jobs but will actually take the time from their busy day to respect their valuable customers and give helpful advice when needed.These guys have made thousands off us over the years and will continue to do so because they are hands down theBEST GARAGE IN HAMILTON

Very very bad experience, won’t recommend my friends to go. They approve the WOF but the car still have issues! and charged me around 300 dollars..:( I will tell all my friends do not go there.

Staff are efficient and flexible with bookings. I had to get w o f and was glad they could book me in at short notice. Thank you.

The best mechanic I have ever been to by a long way. If like me, you know nothing about cars and are worried about being taken advantage of, then bring your car here. Ben and his team are so lovely, honest and helpful. Even though I moved across the city I will still bring my car here, and recommend them to everyone I know. Cannot recommend them enough!
