Ken was more than helpful when I Was test riding MeloYelo bikes.He demonstrated and explained everything with good knowledge and experience.I was impressed with the product and service . I have since returned to purchase , which was also a pleasant experience. 4 days later I had my bike.awesome.

Ken listened carefully to my experience with ebikes and the criteria I required in a new one. He allowed me to try out several and was interested in my feedback. He was courteous and keen to help. Ken always phoned me back and tried very hard to help me get my old ebike fixed , even though he couldn’t fix it himself he shared ideas with my husband about what he might do.My husband and I then both bought lovely new MeloYelo bikes and it’s a joy to ride them. We love our bikes and feel thrilled with our choices. Many thanks MeloYelo and to Ken especially. He does great service!!

I enjoyed my experience of looking at the different yellow mellow bikes,Ken explained every thing plainly and I would recommend any one looking atan e-bike go and check him out. Bought a transit last week and have been all over the place on it, finding it great.

I purchased a Tranzit MD eBike from Ken and I am very happy with its quality, performance and stability both on the road and on tracks. It is a joy to ride and I highly recommend the Meloyelo brand. Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different options available and ensured I got the best model for my biking requirements. Once my bike arrived, he ensured that it was set up perfectly for my height etc and I also bought the NCX suspension post which makes my seat even more comfortable and makes for a very smooth ride.

I have only been for two 6km rides up and down hills in New Plymouth.It has been a pleasure to ride, comfortable seat and getting a hand getting up hills with ease.I bought the bike so I can keep up with my wife on her mobility scooter and venture further a field.Having trouble turning on the head light and will talk to Ken about that.Mark

Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable about which features would suit me. I ended up choosing a different model than the one I initially inquired about, so I'm glad Ken encouraged me to try the other options, and explained all the features.I've only had my Town'n'trail a few days, but it's been great fun so far. Wheeeeeee!(Ps: I think my husband is secretly wanting one now, lol)

I purchased The Roam" about 6 months ago and have clocked up 800kms

I bought the SuperLite bike under three months ago (including a couple of weeks out with COVID and for utterly hostile weather) and I’ve already racked up well over 1500 km! It’s a joy to ride, so light and manoeuvrable. It took me a week or so to get used to the synergy between the electric motor and gears, but once I got it, I was AWAY!

Kens agency provides excellent service. 5 Stars as far as we are concerned. Our 4 star rating is for the bike. We bought an Ascent based the bike design and on the Consumer Report on the Bafang Motor. The bike design is second to none. Robust, high quality standard fittings and a wide Step Through" essential given Wendy's disability. I have had 55 years cycling experience on road and trails. Four of those years involving E Bikes of which I have ridden many over a wide variety of terrain. Prior to purchase Wendy test rode the bike on the flat. Great. But hill climbing was not as good as other E bikes ridden on lower power settings (2 out of 5). Ken has optimised the Ascents motor controller settings and changed the 42 tooth chain ring for a 38. Hill climbing is improved but you need to be on power setting 4 or 5 to get the assistance needed. The MeloYelo is a good bike but we would recommend you test ride a variety of brands up steep hills to make sure it you are comfortable with the need to change both power settings and gears on approaching a steep hill so you can keep up with your E Bike riding friends on the inclines."
