CarPro Penrose

My vehicle was involved in an accident and repaired by 'another' repairer. After the works were completed I was left with a disturbing noise coming from the region where the repairs were done. Despite numerous revisits to the original repairer the problem was not fixed and I was told they were not going to undertake any further investigations. I went back to my insurance company who arranged for my car to be reassessed by Carpro. Within a few hours, the team at Carpro found the problem and immediately fixed it. I can understand why Carpro are one of my insurance company's Goldstar repairers. Thanks Lee & Co

As a repeat customer of Carpro Penrose I've decided to take my business elsewhere. There is no regard for customer service. A total lack of communication between the team and disorganization is what you can expect. You have to call and chase up to get a booking. They were good in 2019. It's a pity because their workmanship is good.

I highly recommend Carpro Penrose. The quality of the work is outstanding, without fault. The service is super friendly and communication about the progress of the job was straightforward and timely.

The only place I trust to do a good job. Genuine prople. They give the impression of service, this shows in how they deal with you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My insurance paid for my car to be repaired here and they completely messed my car up, I’m now at a new mechanic getting it fixed properly having to pay out of my own pocket I’m so mad at what they have done to my car! They also kept my car for 3 weeks for a repair that other mechanics said should only take a week!UPDATE: They also stole brand new parts of my car & replaced them with old part! This is all being reported complete scam artists.UPDATE PART 2: The owner has been trying to pay me to take this review off. He also pretended his name was Lee to me the whole entire time Ive been dealing with him when infact Lee is the previous owner(With a good name) and not the current worker Ive been dealing with who is currently using his name fraudulently. He is trying to claim my insurance money by pretending to reimburse me. Everything is being reported a company like this should not be operating in the manner. Bunch of FRAUDS!

I don't often give reviews and even less positive ones. My experience with Carpro Penrose and their staff is without fault. So many things they did to make my life easy, I was extremely impressed and will be back for sure !! Thank you Lee and all your team :)

Appalled at the lack of organisation at this place.Came in to get an insurance repair looked at a few weeks ago, booked my car in for Monday with a loan car.Showed up, nothing was booked. Then they said Wednesday.Showed up, manager doesn't turn up and no loan car in sight.A year ago they were good. Now not so much..
