I purchased my vehicle from out of town so I relied on the sales person to do a honest description of the vehicle. The deal was done over the phone and email . I drove to Auckland to collect it and I was very happy with the whole deal and the way I was treated at the dealership.

Staff are friendly. Waiting room is very clean and has a welcoming feeling. I was impressed, it has comfortable clean couch/chair, good lighting, coffee machine with a choice and TV with awesome reception.Very nice indeed and before you know it your cars ready.Compliments to Western Ssang Yong & LDV Team.

Sales team are great, after sales and service parts and service" are almost the worst I've dealt with.Usually when you ring for parts you leave a message then prey for a call back with in a day or 3....Don't be in a hurry for any after service once you drive away."

Guys at sales were super helpful (Leroy & Jason), they sorted me a vehicle that I was looking then when there was some things that needed to be sorted they have this all fixed for me. Thanks so much !

Posting as Managing Director of Traffix - a TTM business . We have a fleet of 30+ working vehicles.We have bought 2 x LDV V80 vehicles brand new (2021) and have had them serviced by this branch as we are based locally in West Auckland.Nothing but trouble from day 1. One of the 2 V80s had a complete transmission failure at 7000km. Replaced under warranty but took weeks due to unavailable parts in the country. Multiple issues due to poor build quality and questionable maintenance/servicing being done, despite us sticking to the service schedule. Second V80 has also had a transmission failure at 50000km, warranty claim refused , citing clutch failure- wear and tear". The vehicle is automatic

Just bought a new korando from western SSANGYONG Dinesh the salesman was great to deal with not being to pushy but happy to help if we had questions.From trade in to finance was pretty seamless . I note that some reviewers have a bit to say about the servicing as I haven’t yet needed this I hope that our experience is not of the same as it would really let down the sales staff and front end

Had no issues their end, it was me! I had to change the times and days for the service due to Ssangyong having no courtesy vehicles available but they were good about it. They even swapped wheels for me too. Came back clean ish. Would be good to be able to have a valet available to save me time. Book in way ahead to get a courtesy vehicle it saves the hassle and cost of Uber. Happy with price too and felt better at getting it done by the dealer anyway.

Excellent service. The sales team were great , particularly Aileen, who was so helpful and informative, always there to answer any questions. I am also completely happy with buying the Rexton, which is a fantastic car. Thank you to Aileen and the team for the very special effort they made for me when I collected the car. It is much appreciated and valued. I can't recommend Western SsangYong enough, they provide a completely professional service and are a genuinely excellent company.
