UPDATE: I note that the owner's response claims that their records do not match my review, however, the rest of their response is in fact consistent with it ... just skips over some aspects. It is a concern if their CMS does not record my emails that waited far too long for replies from the salesman; the DVD drive not being supplied promptly; or my complaint about the rude support phone service. And remarkably, the owner is now able to 'diagnose' the likely problem with my docking station!
