I got in contact through the online form and was able to easily book a day to bring my car in. I was able to drop it off and pick it up with no issues. They gave me options on how I wanted to be contacted and it was very easy to get my WOF sorted.

Asked for a basic service along side a wof. Took their own liberty to do an in-depth service and charged a rediculous $880 for the service alone would not recommend RIP OFF!Edit: yeah you are a rip off. You did work that wasn’t requested or required without contacting me first to authorise it and then charged an exorbitant price. Literal definition of a rip off.
