I wouldn't even give this 1 star rating if it wasn't because u have to, my cousin works here and should I just say that the work environment is so toxic, horrible and the management team is absolutely bad and how they deal with there crew. The restaurant manager is constantly picking on her no matter what she does and tearing her apart, ruining her mental health and I hate seeing her like this along with one of the assistant managers, whom who is targeting her and just belittling her and no matter what she does she can't make them happy or at least not angry at them. I hope something can be done about this because something does need to be done about this and things need to change.

Drive through : this was after a long day and night at the hospital. It was a quick pick up with excellent service. Thank you!! Food was fresh and still hat when I got home which is a 25min drive away.

Food was just as you would expect from Macca's. Quick service but that was outside busy times. Was clean and tidy and they've just done renovations so it looks quite nice inside. The playground is shut because of Corona, so maybe go to the drive thru and take go to Centennial Park if you've got children who need to burn off some energy. The Monopoly competition is running now so there's heaps of freebies to win.

Went through the drive through. Once again mucked up our order. Always something missing from our order. This time I had to ask for our frozen drinks. Only received 1 happy meal, I had ordered two. I was told that I had only paid for one. I had to go park & enter the store to order & pay for a second meal. Meals are never hot. I only live 5mins drive away & are always cold when we get home.

Service is under average, specially of the young employees. More focused on conversation with workmates as taking care of costumers and mixing orders up because of missing attention.Burgers are algud but to get fresh fries is a lucky game.

Was not busy when we went first thing in the morning. But the atmosphere was great. There were managers/ leaders there who asked us how our meal was. I have been around the world and never have i had that service in a maccas will visit maccas i Tauranga if we ever come back for sure.

At 1:40 PM today, four of us, including myself, went to there. We ordered four drinks and two pies. The pies came out first, and when my friend asked the staff when the drinks would arrive, the staff rudely responded by asking Do you want a refund?" twice. It's reasonable that the employee shouldn't work in the service industry."

Came through the drive through at around 10:00am this morning. I ordered two iced lattes with TWO pumps of caramel as I am usually dissatisfied with one pump of caramel. Tried my coffee - ABSOLUTELY NO CARAMEL. Also disgusting coffee grounds sitting at the bottom of my coffee too. Sort it out guys, this is terrible when I pay an extra $1 per coffee for flavouring I expect at least a hint of caramel flavouring in there. 0/10

Service was okay/average. Fries not salted so yuck. No salad burger or equivalent at this branch and not willing to leave the animal out of a burger, no subs for meat, not even hashbrowns. Most limited menu of any McD's I've been to :/ Third time there; doubt I could be hungry enough to ever go back. Worst.

The eftpos machines at the order points are set very low at child or perhaps wheelchair height? So difficult to read and operate for an old fogey like me... the food is what it is..fine and fills a gap !! The counter service was good and friendly and the tables and seating clear and tidy.. apart from the order points, well worth a visit once again
