Very nice experience. The staff were polite and attentive. The service is standard for what you expect from a nice spa. As it is called a day spa we were expecting there to be pools/sauna between treatments but the bath provided was nice and personal. A nice way to spend the evening.

This place is designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We had the golden hemp oil massage and it was an effective deep tissue massage as well as being hydrating for my skin. The next day my skin is feeling healthy and fresh. Everything is so clean and professional it’s a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back. Garden is amazing as well

Lotus Day Spa is a beautiful place set beside a small lake visited by white swans. The Spa is a gracious home reappointed with luxurious facilities to meet your beauty needs and its atmosphere was both welcoming and calming. Nutchy my massage therapist gave me the loveliest, most relaxing aromatherapy treatment I have ever had. A wonderful birthday gift.

Serene, calm, relaxing, quiet! Absolute bliss. You arrive onto the grounds and there is a beautiful pond leading up to an old manor. Once inside it is quiet, calm. The staff are warm, friendly and kind. The service itself was really nice. Very highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! It was a wonderful experience. My son got me a voucher for mother's day, and I am truly grateful to be able to take time to relax and enjoy some me time. Thank you to all the staff at Lotus Spa. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered.

First time visit for me to Lotus Day Spa, my partner surprised me with the Pregnancy massage and it was STUNNING!! Felt so relaxed afterwards and absolutely pampered. Service amazing, staff professional and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Entering via the bridge over Swan lake, we stepped into a welcome serene world of Thai hospitality and pampering. My daughter and I had the best full body massage of our lives and days later, we're still feeling the beneficial effects. We can't wait to return. The staff are gracious extremely competent. Wonderful experience, thank you.
