Smart Laundromat has lost a loyal customer. We have been using this laundromat since it opened, yet we were refused a refund because the dryer door had opened while our washing was being dried, causing the dryer to stop, however the timer continued to count down. As a result, our washing was still wet when we went to pick it up and we now have to pay more money to get it dried. Will be using a different laundromat service from now on.

Change the hours on your website. It says you are open til 12am. This is incorrect. You close at 11.30pm. it might save people who have looked at your website hours being locked out and having to leave their washing just sitting in a machine overnight then having to get up early and get down there at 6am to retrieve their washing. I have already suggested to Google Maps an edit on the hours they have put up as well.
