Was in a real bind as car failed the warrant and I have had some interesting results from other mechanics in town. Booked appointment after asking for recomme datiins at work and they squeezed me in the next day. Not only did they fix everything for a good price but they took it down and got the recheck done to ensure I didn't get pinged on the break adjustments they did. Can't recommend enough.

Took in for a basic service and diagnostic. Asked them to call me as soon as they know the issues to let me know. So if repairs are need then I can authorise.Decided to go ahead and do repairs anyway without authorisation.Cost for requested work is $360.They tried charging over a grand.Law clearly states any repairs, any work done MUST be authorised. Yet they decided to ignore the law.Then bully me in to paying for work I never wanted done.

Scott went above and beyond with us two weary and worried travellers. He showed us true kiwi hospitality and kindness, as well as fixing up our van for a great price (after a quick and precise diagnosis). He worked extra hours when he didn't need to and made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. Thanks Scott, we'll always remember you and your garage. Have a great trip around Europe X X
