They are an amazing little team! Very efficient. Repaired a scratched graffiti for just $80 when I was quoted elsewhere at nearly $300! Did more than was asked. Went above and beyond. I'll certainly go back!

They did an excellent job of painting over the scratches (some quite deep) on my Mitsubishi Outlander. They quoted the best price out of the three workshops I got quotes from. I will say though that the job took a week longer than estimated.

Unfortunately the Team at Wall Place Panel and paint have produced substandard poor results for my insurance job on my vehicle. I should have had a closer look at the job on my vehicle before I picked it up and paid for it.Part of the job was to replace the driver side window as it was smashed in the accident the driver side door could not be fixed so needed to be replaced.They replaced the door window and door card but under closer inspection of their work saw that they had replaced the driver window with the incorrect tint it was a blue tint rather than the vehicles copper tint! Also saw that above the door handle had a dent in a new door not sure how a new door has a dent in itThe third problem was the rear quarter panel had not been sanded properly and had an obvious ripple in the bodywork!There were two other issues with the work done on the vehicle the driver side door mirror was painted by them and had a small chip in before and after it was painted, The lower RH Fender was also painted as part of the job Wall Place Paint and Panel replaced the lower fender bolts also but failed to paint the bolts same color as the car.I approached Mike showed him the issue’s I had with his workmanship, he offered to fix all the above issues of which I thought was great!After about a week Wall Place Panel and paint called me and informed me that they had managed to find the correct tint for my car fantastic!I booked my car in left it with them at 9am and commuted home. I Received a call from Cassandra at approximately 3.00pm saying the window that they had ordered in was the wrong one and that they were not able to fix any of the issues with the car other than painting the fender bolts. Why does it take 6 hours and a day without my car to now inform me of this?Arrived to pick up the car at around 350pm showed Mike again these issue then he informs me once consulting his photo’s that only the ripple in the quarter panel is their mistake and he is prepared to redo that issue only as the window tint was no longer able to be sourced as it is no longer made.I managed to find the confirmed window online took me about 20min to source the correct window tint for my vehicle sent the link to Mike waiting for an outcome finally after a week they tell me that the insurance assessor is not prepared to pay for it as there is too much risk shipping windows into the country from overseas.Due to Wall Place Panel and paint producing Sub industry standards and inferior automotive craftsmanship I am unfortunately unable to recommend Wall Place Panel and Paint to anyone! Consumer Beware!!!

Very professional work on my car : fixed a big bump/ scratch on the rear wing and bumper.They were eager to do some extra services like polishing/ pencil touching the bonnet too!Remarkable: the car was vacuumed before releasing it!!!Over all: a trustful company!
