Rude and unhelpful, refuses to accept a return of a defective pair of shoes,I am left with a new pair of shoes that I can’t ware and can’t return.Go somewhere else to buy your shoes

Number One Shoes
On the second day the sole started to peel, got around to taking the shoes back a week later only to be told I must have the receipt even though the computer system clearly shoes my name phone number and all my purchases, wanted to give me store credits, had to fight to get a simple refund on a faulty product. Last time the shoes wore out quickly I swore I would never go back... This time I mean it!

Rudeness and misbehavior by the Lynnmall 'Number One Shoes' store manager on reporting deceptive pricing.Manager in the store is very rude with unprofessional attitude and NO customer service skills, employer shouldcheck if she has been to school atleast for a primary education.Two different price tag on a shoe pair, upon complaining manager responded abruptly in a rude manner. CHEATER AND UNEDUCATED STAFF

Number One Shoes
Very bad customer service with a bad attitude from an old Indian lady with glasses. She yelled at me after i was trying on a few pairs of shoes in the mens dress shoe section. Left the store an drove to West City Henderson Number 1 Shoes where i was treated better without the bad customer service.

Number One Shoes
I got 2 pair of shoes from here few months back and due to lockdown was unable to try them. I wore one pair for 2hrs and I got blisters on my foot(despite wearing socks) plus the shoe seems discoloured after wearing for so little time.The indian lady with glasses at the counter (Malti) was rude and not willing to help. All she asked me was a receipt despite showing my bank statement for the transaction. Are we not paperless in this era ? Their customer service on phone advised that bank transaction should suffice.Terrible customer service and pathetic behaviour of this lady at the counter !!

Poor customer service from the staff on the floor, ignoring families and elderly customers as they scoured boxes to locate sizes. All (including myself) purchased.Saving grace was a young man from the back room who came to assist us all.

The customer service is really bad. There is this old lady and she is the rudest. My mum went and asked about a shoe and she ignored her for a split second when my mum was directly talking to her. Then at the checkout we made sure to talk to another worker and when he was ordering the shoe we wanted for my size the rude lady she was rude to the guy and almost started an argument telling the guy to what to do in front if us which I think is very rude and low of her to do. Please look into this situation because this will cause this store to lose customers due the the bad customer service.
