Just wanted to say thank you for above and beyond customer service! I was on a day-long hike along the coast and got stung by a bee outside of this shop. Hadn’t been stung before and I wasn’t sure what to do. They helped me get the stinger out and provided first aid with a sense of humor. Thanks very much for your kindness!

Thanks to Adam and the team my Epropulsion Electric marine motor stopped working and Adam said to drop it in for a warranty repair. Dropped the unit in and Adam kept in touch and ordered a new motor to test and got it sorted for me under warranty covering not only the parts but labour too. So great to deal with professionals who do all they can to make sure they look after their clients. I have 100% faith to recommend the team at Beacon Marine to everyone nothing will be a problem
