Office isn't a very friendly place. Signs and barriers everywhere. A smile and friendly getting would go a long way. We are, after all, paying her wages. Testing guy, and the manager we're awesome

Went for a recheck to find the que down the road. There is no separate bays for re-checks. I went to the office to inform them that I need a recheck and I was instructed to drive down the road and around the corner and find the bus depot, go past the busses and park somewhere there. This journey actually took me to the other side if the testing bay. Finally some one came. Very disorganized and won't be back.

Short staffed friendly people just understand that you may need to pack yourself some lunch and water. As waiting times are hours if heading there for WOF.It's not Auckland if your like me just moved down, it's real people town time.

Busy operation but front service looks like she doesn't want to be there and workshop staff need to at least pretend to be urgent. Painful 2hr wait.

Worst testing station ever. Caught the manager in a bad mood, who proceeded to go out of his way to try and find reasons to fail me. Not just a disgruntled customers rant, Confirmed by all the service people who had to replace parts. So sad that people become grumpy old men and bring it to there work/affect others

Absolutely stellar customer service from Michelle at reception this morning while getting a WoF check. Friendly, conversational. From talking with a customer before me who was waiting for their daughter to complete a driver license test and looking out the window when she'd returned saying it looks like she's passed!"

Every time I go there for a wof the queues are down the road. Very slow service. Isn't there a case here for additional technicians. And then stung for $78. Think I will shop around next time.
