Deepwater Basin Parking&Bus
I write this message to confirm that we tried today ( Mai 2023) this parking and it is really ok. The sign ( see the picture) is showing through where you have to pass. Regarding the time it takes - 15 min up to the paid parking and + 10-15 min to the terminal. So in total you have to count 20-30 minutes. I saw on other messages 10 minutes - it is impossible..so do not hesitate, the walk is kind of fun also..

I think the paid parking is very expensive. Even after parking there , it is a 10 Min walk to terminal..Take advantage of the free parking here and enjoy the extra 15 min scenic walk in to terminal

Free parking with lots of space. Definitely the better option as to pay the 25$ at the carpark. There is also a nice path to the Boat-Terminals which takes roughly 15-20 minutes to walk.

A gravel parking spot which is free of charge and easily reachable. There is a path which leads to the terminal and the visitor centre which takes about 20 minutes to get there by foot.

Free parking, took about 20-25mins to the visitor terminal. Better arrive early if you don’t wanna miss the cruise!

Free parking and only 20 minutes walk to the ferry terminal along a marked pathway. It's a much better option than parking at the terminal if you are not in a rush. I parked there in January 2023 and saw no sign of the shuttle bus that earlier reviews mention, so I think it's been discontinued.

Pay for parking $25 for five hours closer to the terminal or walk 15-20 mins on the gravel path next to the road from the deep basin car park.

Free parking near Milford Sound, a very pleasant and refreshing walk to the terminal. Follow the sign (see picture). Just so you don’t get ripped off paying $25 for the parking at the visitor centre. Probably no shuttle bus anymore (it’s winter now).
