1st time trying Hell Pizza, I had seen an ad pop up on Facebook and thought why not treat the family, unfortunately our order wasnt right, I did go back into the store and the issue was solved after an investigation, However I would appreciate being treated like a person and not treated like I was pulling the wall over anyones eyes, video footage was shown, but did not prove anything as the food, video and what staff said did not match! I expect what I pay for! Stink experience

The usual, seriously over-priced pizza. I've never been impressed by the pizza you get, for the price you pay. Sorry. I've had plenty of restaurants charge less, and enjoyed it way more.

Gave Hell Pizza the benefit of the doubt. Had a pizza from here after being underwhelmed about 9 mnths ago. Wish i hadn't. Total waste of money. Bland. Boxes would probably been less dry and maybe had more flavour. Expensive. Toppings are sparse. Has really gone backwards. Hells pizza used to be prem. Now actually worse than the cheaper competitors.

So grateful. They delivered to our freedom camping spot at the beach so we wouldn't have to lose our spot. We were starving and exhausted. The guy who delievered chatted with us about our trip and recommended several spots to hit up while we were in town. Pizza was great too. We got the thin crust 15 with pineapple and devoured it. Thank you hell pizza!"

A little bit expensive for being fast food but the pizzas are really good!The place is clean and the staff is kind.They have a few arcade machines.There is no toilet.

This was my first order from Napier previously having lived in Lower Hutt so ordered from Upper Hutt as closer. Napier was disappointing. No flavour just bland. I put in feedback accordingly and someone rang to point out that I was wrong as bernaise sauce was never on cursed. The sprouted seed base was the best thing about the pizza. Everything else was tasteless and a waste of $26.50. Not worth 5x dominos. Napier was very ho hum about it all and pointed put I can add salt and pepper in the notes. But that will never happen as I'm cancelling my account as not customer focused or prepared to fix anything. REGARDLESS OF THE SAUCE THE PIZZA WAS BLAND. I ORDERED THAT CURSED IN WELLINGTON MANY TIMES NEVER BLAND. AND TELLING ME IM WRONG IS NOT A HELPFUL WAY TO SOLVE A CUSTOMER PROBLEM

I've had a few pizzas from Hell years ago. They were good but I remember the delivery took wayyy too long. Tonight I decided to order again and see if anything has changed. Sitting here still waiting for my food as I type this. I ordered nearly an hour ago. Uber eats says now the food is on its way after so long. Nah don't think I'll order here again.

I find this place real hit and miss. I really love the pizza but 3 x I've had the pizza arrive and the box is squashed and the toppings are stuck to the LID. When you call them they say sorry but aren't really keen on trying to make it better which I have found frustrating. Over all I really dig the pizza but sometimes the price does not reflect the quality you get.
