One of the main reasons I will return back to taupo. First time for a massage I was nervous, my husband keen so had a couples massage. They made me feel so at ease and I absolutely loved it so definitely recommend. I will be returning

I had booked a couples massage for my husband and I 3 months in advance for our first wedding anniversary. We were both super excited, he works 70 hour weeks as truck driver and therefore doesn't get a lot of time for himself. However, 4 days before our appointment, we were emailed saying a bride wanted to change her time table and therefore our appointments were being cancelled. Since we are coming from out of town and it was a Saturday appointment, it was impossible to find another booking somewhere. I think it's super unprofessional they didn't call me to let me know and cancelled it all together when our booking was made so long ago. Please be careful if you are booking for a special event, I would not want this disappointment to happen to anyone else.

Jess and Sades! You two were absolutely incredible. From the PERFECT makeup to your ability to make me, my maids and the mums feel so beautiful and so comfortable. I could not have wished for a better team for our big day. Thank you both a million times over. 100/10 recommend for anyone thinking about going with GSBM xxxx

Had a wonderful, relaxing experience this afternoon as a birthday treat! Brianna was marvellous, we had a lovely time chatting and I feel incredible after the Irritual Body Scrub, Classic Facial and a beautiful Pedicure!

Fantastic staff and lovely location. A close friend of mine was a bit insecure about missing out on his summer tan, but the team did a great job of giving him a natural tone so he can get back to full confidence

I came here with my family, we all got manicures and I got a spa pedicure also. I decided to try the Shellac (for the first time) and I love the results. I have been getting compliments from men and women about my toes. Some say that they look like mermaid toes (because of the colour). Caitlin did a great job. She was professional, friendly and helpful and I will definitely be getting my toes done again, when I am next in Taupo.
