Natalie has done a great job with my hair, I'm really happy with the outcome. She was friendly and very welcoming. I'm also happy that they have student discounts because not a lot of salons have that. All in all I had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back to headlines.

Hi i'm writing to say how disappointed i was with my hair cut. At first i thought the salon was nice but, after taking a proper look around i realized how disgusting the place was they never cleaned up and cut off hair and when they washed peoples hair they left all the soap and water all over the floor. my hair cut was so bad, they started by yanking my hair through an old hair brush that looked like it had a million other peoples hair in it. and then they asked how much i wanted cut off, i said that i wanted a small trim just to tidy up the ends, but she cut about 4 cm off and i kept telling her only to do trim but she said she was sorry and that she couldn't undo it. i left the shop $80 less than i started with and a terrible hair cut, the staff were quite rude and were not very focused, when straitening my hair the lady got distracted and i had to tell her to take the heat off cause i could smell my hair burning!!!!!! over all a terrible experience .

Amazing service. I had 2 quiet girls come in to get their haircuts. Cleo loves it and keeps looking at herself in the mirror and Bailey loves her hair. You 2 ladies that cut my girls hair were lovely. Kids wanted to say you were great humans and professional. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

Just had a wonderful colour, highlights and cut. I feel like a new woman. Really, really pleased. The price is no more expensive than the other salons I have been to. Also very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
