Dan has been my service technician at work and at home for over 13 years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, capable and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. I particularly like his willingness to explain the how and why in plain English.I sincerely recommend Dan as an experienced, honest and reliable IT technician – you would be hard pressed to find better.

I was ready to throw a brick at my computer. It had slowed right down and apps kept crashing. Dan visited, and literally within 3 minutes he could identify where the problem lay. He took it away, ran some further tests, and replaced a crucial out-dated component. Two days later he returned and it’s like having a new computer. Dan is knowledgeable, and excellent at explaining things to a technophobe like me. He works extremely quickly, is honest with his options, and is a really nice guy. I highly recommend the company.

We’ve known Dan for 20+ years. In that time he has sorted out issues, guided my husband in building his own PC including what parts to purchase.When I was principal of a small school He was the technician I called when the Schools system went down.He could be relied on to answer our queries quickly, always explained what the issues were and completed the work in a timely manner. We highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Easy As I.T! Dan went above and beyond, and is the most thorough IT specialist I've ever used. He's also great when it comes to communicating, letting you know what's happening and all that. Plus, he's quick. 100 stars!

We have used Dan for all of our of IT issues at home from purchasing equipment through to installation, set up and problem solving. Dan is delightful to deal with, very efficient and knows his stuff. I would recommend Dan to everyone to get computer issues sorted efficiently and reliably.

Dan built my first ever P.C about a year ago, and I have to say I am just as happy now than I was when I first got it. I had a vision for my computer. I explained what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure my vision came true (He even did a custom paint job on the case!). He made sure to give me advice on how to maintain the computer, and also explained how each part functions in great detail. I highly recommend Easy As I.T.

Hired Danual from Easy As I.T to build a custom component build for me, I supplied all the parts and he put it together smoothly and efficiently he also did a amazing job with the cable management and software setup. Would highly recommend for custom builds

Dan built me a custom PC for gaming with very specific details. He went above and beyond with his service and communications. The custom pc was done with such detail, right down to custom pink glitter paint job and rgb lightening. Highly recommend his workmanship, his friendly down to earth nature and taking the time to explain my new build.

I have known Dan for almost 20 years. Dan was responsible for fixing ALL the IT problems we had at the Professionals Real Estate offices in the Kapiti Coast. He was in charge of all our computing systems keeping a regular maintenance and up to date changes in programs and systems. He was, and is, a Man we could count on.I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his services to anyone.
