Do they really want to sell cars?We were definitely interested in upgrading to a new toyota EV Hybrid, but sales people showed desultory interest. So we left and went back to look at Honda.

On 3 occasions now I have contacted NT for parts and advice. Nice as pie on the phone, last time a few days ago I was told that a technician would call me straight back after lunch 11.30. Like the other times they never called back and this is car which has been serviced by them for years.In the market for a new Prado, but I couldn't rely on NT so will go to an Auckland dealer. Disappointing.whangarei has a dealer that does not match the quality of the vehicles they sell..Terrible communication or lack of it.

Excellent Sales and Service Staff. As in any Service orientated business there are odd problems occurring. Brand New, 1st. A new tire was required and guess what, the same sort of problem along with excuses of how and why this had happened on a new vehicle. Very disappointed. They could have done better, Maybe we were unlucky.
