Granddaughter was very pleased with her highlights birthday present and she was very happy with her stylist. She will certainly return here.

Way over hyped. If youre someone that's looking for a stylist that'll put more care into your hair - here's not it. She cut my hair so choppy and not how I asked, taking off alot more than I was clear about !! She clearly rushed to get to another customer but not fair on any paying client :/ Burnt my skin and told me my hair was too difficult to style, but luckily I was able to go to another salon who's able to work with all hair types... If you're unable to do what the customer would like please inform them before you cut not after :)

I love this hair salon! These ladies know what they are doing! They are always honest, kind, thorough, and smile when their clients smile. I can't thank these ladies enough. They really take the time to understand the client, what they want, discuss the reality first and always have the hairs best interest at heart. Also, bonus points for understanding curly hair! I can't thank you girls enough ❤️

I booked two girls to get blowout hairstyles for their school ball. I confirmed the price, style and duration beforehand by sending pictures. However, when we arrived, the hairstylist ignored the requested blowout and instead trimmed and curled their hair. There was no wash or blow dry for either girls. The stylist charged 65 each, even though it only took 45 minutes for both girls. I questioned the pricing based on the salon's lower displayed prices for teenagers, but was told there was a different price for ball hairstyles. I reluctantly paid as we were in a hurry, but was disappointed by the high charge purely based on the fact it was for a school ball, nothing extra or special was done - unless you did something extra, just charge the standard fee for the service you provided.

I highly recommend Sara at Willow Hair, she got my hair style and condition back on track after several dissatisfying experiences elsewhere followed by lockdown regrowth. Not only is she really talented at creating beautiful colour transformations, she understood straight away what I wanted, and delivered at very reasonable prices (FYI no credit card payment just eftpos).
