I took my friend in to show her this amazing shop (recommended to me by another friend) and we both walked out with new tops. Amazing service and it was like catching up with an old friend. Beautiful clothes. I just love word of mouth advertising. It’s the best!!!

I've always found Jessica to be really friendly and helpful. Whenever I'm in the area I pop in to the store and despite telling myself I'm not going to buy anything I usually find a must have piece.to take home. Great selection of clothes and lovely staff!

Decided to check this store out as it seemed interestingPurchased some items for my wife for her birthdayI was so surprised at the quality of these items after only a few months. They did not survive and quickly became ruinedI went and spoke to the lady Jessica and she was very rude and unhelpful. Customer service does not exist hereNo help or solution was given. Customers do not shop here unless you want to waste money as the owner lives in fantasyland and loves to rip of people

I've been to this clothing shop on many occasions & bought some lovely items. The have some great NZ brands. I was just in there again over the weekend & bought a cool Home-Lee hooded sweater dress. Jessica & Ane are great to deal with, they know how to look after customers.

Most first experience at Be U has left me wanting to come back for more! I love the vast range of on-trend styles and colours available in this store. I was looking to find items to go with other items and I spent a considerable amount of time trying things on. The service I received was brilliant, Jess knew the stock well and provided lots of different options for me to try. I stop by every time I'm in Paraparaumu Beach to see what's new. I'm so glad that we have a store like this in Kapiti, as I previously had to drive to Wellington to stylish clothing. Definitely worth a visit.

The ladies have always been super friendly and helpful. They've also offered to order me in an item from a brand they stock but didn't hold stock on that particular product, which I really appreciated. I love having this store with all these lovely brands locally available.

I was very impressed with my recent online purchase. The clothing arrived quickly and nicely wrapped. But what was really impressive was a chocolate bar in the parcel along with a hand written card from Jessica saying how they loved the print on the top and suggestions of how to combine it with other pieces of clothing. Well done Jessica.
