I was dealing with John Ralph at South Pacific Avionics for six months in a business capacity and found them to be very dishonest and the communication was terrible.

Sent in an A20 for repairs, service was super! Received an email at 12:30 to say they had received the headset and at 15:30 received another email to say headset was repaired and being sent back. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Would definitely recommend!
