Very dissatisfied with service from reception, have already seen other comments from other customers, the lady should be dismissed. Unfriendly and unorganized. Any business knows that first point of call is of utmost importance, customer satisfaction will bring more business. Most of the people working there were similar, one middle aged man was exceptionally friendly and cooperative, they need to look at him as a perfect role model.

Highly recommend Mark and his team. I was a tad stressed as my son's car had 2 flat tyres in Papamoa and we live on the other side of the bridge. The service was prompt and very professional and lovely lady on reception was so helpful. If I lived in Papamoa you would be my first choice for our cars.

10/10 service today amazing help turned up with my kids and was dropped home thank god lol / car was returned to my house and paid a reasonable price for the work done - friendly bubbly service highly recommend prob best one yet in Papamoa !

Could not believe the efficiency of these guys. Literally asked me to take my vehicle in over the phone and my car battery was replaced within the hour! These guys are going to be my go to from now on. Mark was fantastic. Cheers guys.

While washing the car on a late Friday afternoon I was horrified to see a large screw well embedded in a slowly leaking tyre. I phoned the business hoping I could get a puncture repair job done urgently as I was about to commence a long distance drive. Harman’s were very accommodating given it was getting late in the day. The job was done as soon as I arrived and with great customer service (thanks David). I left the business feeling very happy.
