I had lower back pain and wanted to take a more holistic approach to caring for it rather than what I had tried before.I felt great after my first session. My back was much better.My second session was as great too, I liked moving into the Ortho-Bionomy positions as I was totally out of pain. My pain relief continued and Anna showed me what to do at home to continue and help hold the good work we were doing.I highly recommend Ortho-Bionomy

After one 45 minute session of Ortho-bionomy with Anna I noticed a marked improvement with the movement in my hip. I had more flexibility which enabled more comfort during Yoga poses.Anna is a very knowledgeable professional therapist and passionate about her work and desire to help her clients.Thanks Anna

I had repetitive strain injury in my fingers, hand and forearm from my work as a butcher. They were constantly painful, even at night time. From the first session my muscles felt more relaxed but I also felt more strength with less pain. It worked for me, give it a try.
