Best neuromuscular therapist team I've come across so far. Each individual therapist is great at what they do and they really look at putting your body in the best possible position to recover in the long term rather than just patching up pain. It's not just about rubbing the pain off or stretching those tight muscles. There's so much more to it as I learned from them. I highly recommend it to those who are experiencing recurring pain and are desperate for a permanent solution.

Had an issue with tight and sore muscles in my neck and shoulders. Was able to book an appointment same day. Rachel was excellent, very friendly and did a great job at explaining what she was doing. I came out after an hour feeling great, much better motion in my neck and most of the pain I was experiencing gone. Highly recommended!

I first met Doug 9 years ago when he was my senior lecturer during my Bachelors degree. I then had the privilege of working for him for 2 yrs at his clinic in New Lynn. During my time working for Doug he gave me quality mentoring that has helped me establish my own successful clinic in Tauranga. I recently visited Auckland and had a session with Doug.
