Vivo Hair Salon Western Heights
This was my second time coming to Vivo after a balayage in February. My first experience had already set the bar high but my expectations were still exceeded this time around. Clay started off by doing a consultation with me and making sure he knew exactly what I wanted. Throughout the whole lightening, washing, blow-drying, straightening and style cutting process he was extremely thorough and did not cut any corners. Will be coming back for a third time when my next balayage is due.

Staff members are extremely welcoming, kind, friendly, generous and considerate of your needs. They don't push you for expensive stuff but rather go by what would suit you and your needs. These guys value their customers. Salon is clean, tidy, well presented and welcoming. Overall vibe is good and cheerful. The only potential area of improvement in my opinion could be the business hours. It would be great if they could close a little late of certain days of the week. Also, it would be great to see some promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and customer engagement activities.
