WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! This store has won the worst customer service of my 52 years. A Faulty $200 item with actually not 1 but 4 faults was a nightmare to resolve. A verbal agreement had been agreed to on the phone & upon going to the store to get the refund, the terms and conditions were literally thrown at me and at which I threw them back advising this was not our verbal good faith agreement. My daughter left the shop so upset my Xmas gift from her had turned to this. She had already been crying Xmas Day that what was supposed to be something special wasn't. Xica the shop assistant called mall security to have us trespassed. I will tell every single person who asks me how my Xmas was and any conversation going forward about my terrible experience.

Amazing service by Diane today. We purchased a triple candle holder today and when we got home noticed a small problem with it. We took it back and Diane fixed it immediately and could not stop apologising even though it was not her fault. Lovely to get good old fashion customer service and all with a smile. Thank you Diane

Always a nice shop to browse. Found some special crystal keychain with name/alphabet. Every piece is different than other, none will be same shape and cut. Lady at the counter is friendly .

We went shopping this evening and the staff was very unhelpful and rude while asking for product recommendations. Staff wouldn't bother packing the product we bought saying this should be okay to carry like this and doesn't require packing. Very bad customers service.

Unhelpful staff. Asked about some sun glasses the display ones were scratched and they didnt have stock of the ones i wanted asked if any other stores had the same pair. Got told that they have the same code as the others so id have to physically go to the next store to check if they were in stock. A quick phone call made by myself in store to the northlands store gave her the code and colour i wanted and the northland staff member popped them on hold for me straight away. Customer service isnt hard and my request wasnt hard either. Really unhappy with my experience at this store.

Not even deserve 1 Star for the customer service experience for this store. They want people to leave the store ASAP. Management need to think about training staff or replacing.ome in tower junction is far better and good collection.
