Just Cuts The Hub

First time we came here the lady ignored what I wanted for my son and went too short.. Yesterday, we checked in and it showed the wait to be 10-15mins.. 2 of the hairdressers were there but not doing any hair for a good 30mins.We ended up waiting a whole hour before being top of the queue". Would be nice if we got an update saying the estimated wait time would be longer... I wouldn't waste my time or money here."

First time cut, it was July 4th and never had so much attention to my hair! As a 66 yr old male not that much these days but very pleased with the time and attention shown plus end result - shorter than i normally have but well pleased. Yes will be a regular from now on - thank you - very happy staff too!

I have come here 2x now with my 2 children. Both times they got their hair done by awatea and she is absolutely incredible.Not only is she a fantastic hair dresser and has done a great job each time but she is the most friendliest hair dresser we have come across my kids love coming to see her!!!

I ended up walking in and was served within 20 minutes which was good. Although this was satisfactory i found my hair cut to be appalling and nothing like i asked. I gave a reference photo and my hair was cut completely different and has so many different lengths and bulges taken out. I understand that a hairdresser has more experience and knowledge, i just do not agree with taking things into their own hands and doing what they think is best. I tried to leave multiple times but was told “one more” each time and my hair kept getting butchered every time. I have never felt so ugly in my life. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

As a Male who only gets a haircut I find the service great and the team their are friendly. It's nice clean tidy place. This time I experienced a teenager with a disability having a haircut, how the staff managed the process was amazing to witness.

I made a special trip down for a hair cut. I registered and sat waiting. I was the only one waiting at this time. One woman finished her male client and came to get another. Another lady by this time was waiting with me. A third lady came in and was standing un the doorway. I had my service dog with me. One lady finished with her client which was a man and then proceeded to come for another. She asked my name and looked on the machine. She then passed me over and offered one of the other ladies to come through. I am 80 years old with a service dog. Even one of the. Other ladies tried to intervene on my behalf. With a disability and a dog who by the way is extremely well behaved and has had three years training and I need her with me 24/7.I felt discriminated against as your employee made no attempt to find out who was there first in line.I have been your customer for a long time but this experience made me feel discriminated against, Was it. My dog? Was it my looks? I was extremely upset.I will never ever come into your salon ever again. I might even write up my experience on public forum.

Michael and the ladies at Just Cuts were great in getting and giving my three year old daughter a haircut after she started crying at the mention of a trim. Michael was able to calm her down and give her a cut without her even realizing it.Thanks SO much! We will definitely be back for more haircuts!

I used to like ease and simplicity of just cuts. It seems things have changed though. Still “ok” but service today was tired and disinterested. I was summoned by text that I was “nearing the front of the queue”. 25minutes later I’m still sitting waiting with no sign of having my hair cut. When I did get seen, the input was minimal, the cutting halfhearted and the interest in doing a good job absent:( In 10 minutes, I was seated, cut, dried (wasn’t very damp), paid and back outside. Three stars because previous visits were good. Today was not.

Asked for a Bob cut today being layered at the front and back. Never got what I asked for. Didn't walk out feeling fantastic nor with a smile. Need a hairdresser that will give me what I ask for. The lady at the counter this morning was very polite and friendly. Well done to her.
