Did a substandard install job, it was really difficult to get anyone to come and look at the poor carpet install job, they would make appointments and not show up, not answer the phone or emails. When I did get hold of them always promised a call back but never got one. It took months to get someone to come and visit, when they did they agreed that it needed extra work, they promised to be in touch but still have not. They have continued to ignore emails and phone calls.After service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Very impressed with Ian Hunt Flooring! Ross was very helpful and gave great advice about materials and colours, and a very competitive price. He also went out of his way to find stock of the carpet we wanted and ensured his installers were available for the day we needed. The installers were very professional and efficient and did a great job. We love our new carpet and can wholeheartedly recommend Ian Hunt Flooring.
