Green Duck Thai

Really nice food. Could do with some atmosphere but if you're keen for a feed on the road and near Amberley this place is well worth it. .... Later addition to the original review. We've driven through Amberley quite a few times since looking for food and they never seem to be open.

Very nice food, probably the best chicken pad Thai I've had, nice tidy and clean looking plus friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I've been eating here for the past 4 days for dinner. And after writing this review, I'll be eating there again tonight for dinner. I found myself in Amberley not realizing that the bus system here is not as convenient for a non-driving solo traveler like myself as I thought. Most places close pretty early, but this gem not only is open later, but the ambience is colorful, clean, and bright, customer service is so efficient and yet very warm and hospitable, they always get my order right and the food is incredible! Best Thai food I've ever had and I'm from San Francisco, CA where we have a plethora of quality international food. Even better yet, ALL dishes can be made to be vegan, except some of the ice-cream choices. But they have a homemade coconut ice-cream that is like a really good, thick sorbet with passionfruit and berry sauce options that are amazing! If you're passing through Amberley, definitely stop by here for a delicious, fresh, and healthy meal!

Two nights and two excellent meals. Massaman curry is certainly the king. Hail to the Massaman! Generous portions of ultra tender lamb. Best tasting, best priced Thai around.

Really tasty and authentic Thai food, only downside is the food's so good there's often a longer wait then you expect.

Terrible service.Ordered vegetarian food and was invoiced for seafood. I called and was told to come down to collect a replacement, but when my partner went to collect the food, they argued for 10 minutes, and didnt replace the curry.

Clean restaurant, good service and the food was extremely fresh. Probably one of the best Thai meals I have had in a long time.Well done.

Great Thai food. You can take in your own dinner plate and have your meal put on it to take home if you want (we've done it). Looking forward to going there again.

Best Thai I've had in ages!! Full of flavour, ordered red curry and pad Thai, will definitely be back!
