Amazing shop and staff. Always super warm and helpful, and good product knowledge. The chick today with the dark hair and tattoos was awesome and super patient getting me the right sizes and styles. Much appreciated! Will definitely be back! Thanks guys!

Absolutely appalling service!!!!! On Saturday lots of customers wandering 4 staff members standing in middle of shop having a full on conversation amongst themselves. Had to go and ask for a size of shoe went came back handed box to me and then went back to group carried on talking !!!!! Another customer was getting same service. Walked out went to Foot locker down road n purchased. Staff too cool to acknowledge customers!!!!! Lost sales a plenty.

Honestly. What a ball's up with my partners shoes. It's not easy shopping with a newborn at the best of times. Shoes paid for, couriered to our house from another store. Shoes arrive, they're not the ones he ordered. It meant another trip into the store to get his shoes and return the ones someone else is waiting on. Not in a huge rush to shop here again! And definitely don't recommend.

Nice clothes, zero service. No one assisting in the changing room area so you have to get dressed and leave the fitting room if you want another size

The lady who served me was lovely, I just wish they had similar stock to Nike nz online store. I was specifically after a carbon plated shoe and they only had one choice even though Nike has 5 or so shoes on their website with plates so dropped one star off the review.They do have a free club where you get $50 off for every $500 spent and that's quite good considering their prices matched Nike nz and I couldn't see any discounts like that on Nike nz website.

No need to lie. Some people love shoes.I know we shouldnt expect much from retail workers but come on guys. You have one job! No need to give your customers false information and waste our time and money. No wonder shoes sit there, the staff are useless!
