Amazing shop, I had to get a cat cage, but Airnz said that I can't take two cat cages, after I'd already paid for it and the extra cage, so they helped me out at the pet shop, you guys are awesome, many thanks to Sam and the lovely lady who assisted today xoxo to you guys, and thank you.

I had been having so much trouble finding a coat for my little dog on-line, either too small or too big. I went into Animates and it took 3 tries and 3 visits before I found the right one for him.I would like the staff to know how proud I was of them all putting up with me, they made me feel so comfortable and not a nuisance at all.Thank you so muchJudy

New resident to Henderson, went here for my service dogs favourite treat, beef ears yummy!!The staff are so friendly, smiles all round also very helpful in suggesting dog harnesses..Great service with a smile! I like that and surely you will too..
