Had been go to gym for years and although it's not a flashy gym thought it was OK while I was doing my own thing. Till I wanted to step it up and asked for a personal program, which I understand they give one every 6 months or something like that.The morning instructor had every excuse under the sun to not do one but when I suggested paying for it privately he had no problem.They need to learn to treat all equally and improve customer service. I won't go back now.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff and customer service which is unmatched by some of the larger players out there. They offer a very comprehensive set of classes and their equipment is both approachable for newcomers, yet old-school and hardened for veteran gym-goers.

Pretty disappointed in the $208 per year money grab for the key fob. I have been a gym goer and professional athlete for 30 yrs and need nothing extra. Just the gym and access to it. Like most people I work 9-5 and train before or after work. For that I am expected to pay an extra 208$ pa. I can fully understand charging a few bucks to cover the cost of the fob but to pay that much more every year makes for a very expensive key tag. Very poor
