A lovely new childcare centre. Friendly helpful staff.

Centre manager is not professional, my kids were going there but i dont think it’s a safe environment to leave kids there ... not recommended

My two Kids are attending here from last four months they are very happy. caring environment teachers are good engaging children's in different ways to keep them busy by doing activities and they always know the update of my children's well-being and highly recommend this centre.

Amazing team, working really hard to keep our 17 months old baby really happy and always stimulated. She just started a month ago however she loves going to day care everyday without feeling sad which is itself an appreciation for their good work. Will definitely recommend it!

My son has been going to the day care for around a year now. The environment is okay but they don't give personal attention and care a parent would want. The food portion are so less that my son is always hungry when he comes home.They charge heaps but give less in comparison. Not worth the value to be honest.

Very happy with the centre. Caring environment. The teachers are awesome and very helpful. My child engages in fun learning experiences which is great to see.

My two children has been attending here for quite a while now and I only have the best things to say about the teachers and the centre in general. They always let me know how their days were and always have lovely things to say and show me from the day, as well as getting to see regular story park posts. I am always communicated with in a timely matter if there are any issues, incidents or my kids are unwell. The centre manager Joelene is amazing, she is always incredibly positive and is really good with the children. My kids absolutely love it and I cannot recommend Kauri Flats enough if you want a centre that cares about your children and will make sure they are well educated and looked after.

We are new parents, and new at the school for a month now. But since we started the hunt for a center kauri flats have been on the top of our list. The staff are kind and understanding, knew as a first time mum I would be worried and needed more attention. Gave me 2 weeks to help settle in my daughter. The firsr week was hard but got regular updates. We knew that being a little one she would bet bubs and knocks. But every time somethinh happened we were well informed. We had some clothes go missing for almost 2 weeks, but when they could not find it the apologized and helped get her new once as they felt bad. The cloths did turn up 3 a week after we sorted her new cloths.. all up we are very happy with the care and would recommend it highly.

My daughter went to this centre for 15 months and I was really happy with them never made any complaint !!! She did had couple of accidents while playing and in November she got swollen eye with black marks even though eye injuries are critical I still didn’t raise any concerns. Couple of weeks back my wife got a call with in 2 minutes of dropping her saying she got hand foot and mouth infection and we need to pick her up ASAP so we did and after waiting 2 hours at GP clinic GP said there are no systems of infection and I wasted my whole day for nothing when I raised this with centre manager I got a vague apology and it was more of a justification of her actions!!! I got told it’s centre manager discretion that they can send any child home if they doubt that they are sick. AS parents are paying premium prices they expect premium advice and service in last 3 months lot of kids are getting this infection and the centre failed to eliminate it !!! Teachers are really good and professional centre is nice and clean but I didn’t like how my situation was handled so even if I wanted to give more star I can’t think of any reason of rating them more
