Very rude and disrespectful store manager. I had researched the refund policy so I could return a purchase. The store manager was insistent that I was wrong and only exercised the refund after I had read the return terms on the receipt several times. A customer service facing position should be geared towards facilitating the customer in the most supportive manner possible, making sure they are happy and satisfied. This particular store manager lacks these qualities. Poor

Really easy (and quick) click and collect process. The staff member who helped me when I picked up my items was friendly and professional. The store is also immaculately presented.
