This review is has been a long time coming, and its for David (Dave) McSorley at Keith Andrews Wiri. He came through for us at the 11th hour, not as a sales person but a human being who understood our sense of urgency and need. Dave's dedication, empathy and work ethic is highly commendable and rare! He is an absolute asset to the business and I hope the management at Keith Andrew's are aware of it.

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff working there. Would not recommend these guys at all.

Hopeless service 2 days now still waiting for a call from service advisor to book trucks for servicing. Everytime I phone the excuse is short staffed and their will call when free.Beware of after care, their will make you cry for your hard earned asset.

I had a really bad experience. I had my truck booked in to get repairs done. I drop off the truck first thing in the morning and went to pickup the truck in the afternoon nothing was done. Very disappointed I had to cancel my job for day big loss for me.

Very busy place. Truck serviced here under warranty. Informed me when ready. Polite staff.

Absolute circus. Far too much middle management, totally incompetent staff, and terrible after sales service. Keith Andrews: #1 for market share, #1 for worst service.

I am a truck driver & I take my truck to this placed when the services are due & it has a state of the art coffee machine in a comfortable lounge with biscuits & when I've approached the service counter ive been handed a bag of nice chewable lollies. I think all of that is worth a good rating. So 5 stars is well deserved

Terrible service, it is our biggest regret to have bought a Mercedes sprinter From Keith Andrews Wiri, firstly, we were not given full information on our purchase, given an incorrect pricing on the service performed on our vehicle, then we booked in to get the brake pads changed for our vehicle, so we tried to book in a loan car, we were never told that there is going to be a fee to book in the loan car, which is absolutely terrible. They just provided with a very small car in return for our big work vehicle, LDV service is way better as they provide a big van in exchange for the van when we give it in for a service, Customer Service is absolutely terrible every time they take their number. I hardly get a call back from them. I usually have to call-in myself to re-check after waiting for ages for a call back. Would not recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle from here because all this company cares about is just selling vehicles. They don’t really care about Customer Service or making sure that customers are satisfiedAnd educated about their purchase.Do better Keith Andrews!

Great staff, professional team and pleasant waiting room. Always busy so wait times can be lengthy. Also fixed another issue with my truck for free! That was a nice surprise. Thanks Keith Andrews!

We had the engine in our Mercedes Sprinter camper replaced by Hamesh and his team. He was very good communicating with us throughout the entire extended process. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the the coffee machine was fantastic.
