Wayne was very quick to reply back after an online enquiry and followed up next morning with a call. The heat pump we chose was very competitive to others out there with a prompt installation date so didn't have to wait very long - especially being in middle of winter.Very professional through out from start to finish and do really highly recommend Dimocks if you're looking for heating options.

My 10 year old Fujistu heatpump had cracks along its front panel. Dimocks Heating had the spare part in stock and quick delivery by Wayne the following day. Friendly quick service :)

Wayne was quick to get in touch to arrange a quote, out of 5 companies we had come by Dimocks were the most knowledgeable and also offered quick install for both heatpumps so we didn't freeze over winter in the house we just purchased. Wayne has also followed up after install to see how things are going which is rear these days. Fully recommend Dimocks Heatpumps.
