Rebecca and the team at Massey Smiles are brilliant. I get very anxious about going to the dentist but they made the process so easy and comfortable. Always checking in to make sure you're alright during treatment and then a follow up a day or so after treatment. They are accommodating to my needs and requests. The communication is fab. I've never felt judged. Such a safe space they have created. Amazing work.

I love Massey Smiles! great experience yesterday. I went after 4 years (sorry Rebecca haha) of not seeing a dentist! Thankfully no big problems but I needed a clean that took alot of work and patience. Rebecca and her team took care of me, made sure I was comfortable and did a fantastic job for a really good price. Beautifully clean practice and Im more than happy to travel out of the area to see this wonderful friendly and caring team. Go see them you will love your Dentist!

I am terrified of dentists but knew I had to go prior to chemo. I went to another dentist initially who didn’t offer iv sedation but said they would find me one and then never called back. Was recommended this place and omg they are amazing. They knew I had a short time frame to have it done in and even came in early to look after me and bought my appointment forward when one came available. They treated me with care and respect and ensured everything went well. They offer IV sedation to help the petrified get through it. I can not recommend Massey Smiles more highly. Lovely caring people.

I had the most positive experience I have ever had going to a dentist in my life with Massey Smiles! Hundred percent would recommend to anyone! Andrea made me feel comfortable with everything she was doing and communicated with me throughout the process so I knew what was happening, and it was more pain free than any other dental visit I have had. I was even contacted the day after to check that everything was feeling okay!I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else after this! Thank you to the team at Massey Smiles!

I had a really good experience with Massey Smiles! The receptionist was warm and welcoming and Andrea is a lovely, thorough dentist. Her and her lovely assistant made me feel really comfortable throughout my procedure. Highly recommend!

Rebecca and her team are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with some one who is fearful of the dentist and needles she is very accomodating and soothing, understood my needs. Great service and results highly recommend.

I have been having ongoing discomfort from my teeth and gums for some years and have been putting off going to the dentist. I had a very bad experience at the tender age of fifteen at my local dentist at the time which left me quite fearful.Many years have passed since my bad experience, and the ongoing discomfort has finally forced me to face my fears.A work colleague suggested I book an appointment with Andrea at Massey Smiles in Westgate, and after further procrastination and ongoing discomfort, I made the appointment.Andrea's gentle approach has completely restored my confidence in the dentists chair. I highly recommend Andrea.

I had the best experience with Massey Smile today, regarding to my tooth that cracked, Andrea is really amazing and chill to talk to she will explain everything to you before any decisions are made. I used to be scared of dentists, so my teeth were in bad shape from not being treated for a very long time. And now after being looked after by Massey Smiles my fears have disappeared... and they made it possible to face the lengthy treatment that I desperately needed. It's a family style environment that put me completely at ease right from the very first call, through to my final appointment. It was painless, professional and a pleasure dealing with the entire team.
