Great local bike shop! Went to have my bike fitted and left armed with new knowledge and confidence. Found the team friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Much better service than the big retail chains. Will be my first choice from now on. Thanks team.

Didn’t know how much of a difference getting my bike serviced would make, but after getting it done here it’s running better than ever! Quick turnaround, good price, and great staff! Great location too, and will be even better when Great North Road gets its long overdue improvements!

Great customer experience, a bike shop you can trust!I was able to choose the basic service and add on parts from the more premium service packages at an hourly charge. They called to confirm the cost of parts that needed replacing before going ahead with the work too. There is also very reasonably priced accessories which is greatly appreciated as some stores only stock the more expensive stuff to force you into the sale. I walked out of the shop feeling like I got great value for money - I will be back.

Very lucky to have such an awesome bike mechanic in the neighborhood! Always friendly and helpful. Very uncomplicated and extremely competent. Have repaired all sorts of bikes with them and they come back like new!Today i went with a flat tire on my new belt train bike (second hand) and not only got the tubing changed but also a full instruction in case i wanted to do it myself in the future!Thanks so much!

Good bike service and they only did what was required, however the only downside was that I was made to contact them to ascertain when bike was ready after no update after 3 days and when I collected the bike, I was made to wait 7-10 mins before someone even acknowledged me. There were two other staff in the shop both serving people but they could have at least waved to see me. I had to ask the young workshop lad whom was not at all interested in helping me to get my bike. Then he had no idea what was fixed, replaced and could not explain what was done other than read from the printed receipt. Was a let down and left me quite annoyed.
