Doesn’t deserve any stars at all, has a booking system that sadly help much, despite being away and with covid limiting visits, I try to book and have been declined simply I haven’t visited in a while, i together with my brothers, sisters and parents have been with them for many years, no option to reapply, very poor service,

Not the best of places I've been going to this doc for a pretty long time now and the last time I went was to get something for my ear that was fine got that sorted.But also I was there for a smear aswell and they told me they didn't have time to do one like what kind of doctors do this.Was not happy at all

Booking should be done in a more effective and efficient manner. Automate it, let patients choose appointment dates, do a call-back if receptionists need more information, etc. Having to wait on the phone for someone to pick up for more than 30mins is just not a good use of people's time.This was not like this before. Just shocking.

multiple occasions I have called the clinic to try and book in appointments and continuously get cut off, with no explanation and no call back one day I had called four times and still no response from the clinic at all

My wife has been trying to call for over a week and the phone goes straight to a message she finally gets through to get an appointment in the 16th of May this is ridiculous how can you run a clinic and let patients wait close to a month for an appointment . This place use to be good before they went to a booking system . Time to find a new doctor for our family . Should be zero stars

Waitakere Union Health Centre has no way to enroll online, and if they do they fail to communicate how to do so.The button on the website that says Online enrollment" is a lie. Clicking on it only opens a page showing you how to physically enroll. Only thing "online" is download link to the enrollment form PDF.I filled out most of the form

Horrible practice. I called at 12pm in the afternoon and they are closed.I called in early April and I got told they’re on Christmas break.They are absolutely atrocious

Disappointing service every time.Today I have been trying to call through the main phone line since 9am -4pm to the get a repeat prescription for my father who has had a stroke. Since 9am no answer, no voicemail option, no email address via their website. Checked their Facebook page, no option to contact via messenger.I’ve asked my parents many times to leave this medical centre, but they are quite loyal and have been with this clinic most of their lives unfortunately. Such a shame they provide such poor service.

Totally disappointed and disgusted! Waiting for 2 weeks to see the dr but the nurse he told me that he can see me because nurse and dr are the same . Hahhahaha are you serious? This is first time in my life to hear such a thing! Unbelievable ! And this nurse I’ve seen him many times and not happy with him …. For real he doesn’t know what his doing. So now an other appointment would be in a month time because all dr are busy … what a shame !
