Sick, Close to busses that can take you everywhere, train line links with others that go everywhere, Onehunga, Swanson, Papakura etc.

It's good, trains were a little late but there are a few entrances to the station and there is an underpass.

Not the most safest place to catch a train. luckily there are slow and weak indian willing to walkie talkie someone in if something happens. waiting time for help? 15 minutes.

Great placement and cleanliness, could do with the vending machine being replaced or fixed

Out of all the stations on the eastern line, Glen Innes is the worst. The tunnel connecting to the station is well hidden, and often is in a horrible condition. The Shelter, for no apparent reason, has tape covering the sign saying the stations name. This station often attracts the wrong crowd. However, the entrance from Merton Road is in great condition and is the best way to enter the station. I'm not saying this station is bad, I just think there is room for improvement.
