Lovely service from drivers. Disgusting customer service from lady on the phone.I had emailed the day before returning from holiday to confirm pick up time and place and no reply. Then on arrival I rung her and she yelled at me that she had txt me but our sims were not working for txts. She then hung up on me!I then rung her back which she continued to be extremely rude. Even was running me down to a collegue while I was still on the phone.Her instructions were not clear and I don’t think I have ever dealt with such disgusting behaviour from someone in customer service role. We will never use this service again and will encourage people to do the same.

Terrible experience today!usually service is good my husband using this regularly if we need too. But this time very slow service waiting for an hour and half infant and toddler getting cold and hungry waiting to be pick up. They didn't check-in the car they don't know we're coming, don't know where the key is keep giving us excuses while talking on phone saying that WE" missed the shuttle

We were very lucky to have Tatiana help us last minute with our car park before our international flight. 10/10 service, very professional and friendly. Very reasonable price too. And Tina drove us safely to the terminal. Thanks very much!

Tatiana accommodated for us last minute and was kind and patient and friendly to deal with! Definitely rate the service and we will always use this service from now on. The van driver was kind as well and van was clean! Awesome all round service ! And great that it’s 24-7. Will recommend to my friends and family!

Have used Aeropark in the past but won't be using again. The actual drop-off/pick-up was fine, and the man there was lovely. But when my partner called to discuss an issue with our booking he was hung up on 3 times and told I don't care!". I'm shocked that a customer would be spoken to in that way. Some customer service training would be useful."

Used to be good but not anymore.Unfriendly and not professional.When drove into drop the car, there was no instruction as to where to park. The staff told us off that we parked at a wrong place. Where is the instruction? Even if it was a wrong place to park, be kind!On return, the plane got delayed thus, arrived late but less than an hour delay. Called for a pick up a couple of times but a female staff pretended they couldn’t hear us over the phone and hung up the phone number of times. Finally was able to talk to a staff on their mobile number but the staff wasn’t impressed us being delayed. Please know that flights do get delayed time to time and that is why your website require us to put our flight number right?!Overall, I won’t be using them again. There are other similar services with greater customer services.

If I could post with no stars I would. Absolutely awful service.We waited 1 1/2 hours in the cold for the shuttle. Started phoning as requested on our arrival at 5.34pm. The mobile number on their web site was never answered so after multiple tries we phoned the 0800 number at 6.23pm. We were told the van was at the domestic terminal and would be with us in 5 minutes. Finally the van arrived at 7pm!!If they are happy to take bookings they know how many people to expect and how many flights they need to meet. We were told they only had one van on. Just not good enough.Never ever again!

Fantastic service. Friendly people. Value for money. They work 24 hours, making flight drop off and pick up very easy. Always willing to help with your bags.

O dear.. Aeroparks.. you used to be so good,.. but I think the wheels are falling off.You need to concentrate on your core business of parking cars and shuttling their passengers to and from the terminals,.. not dealing with camper van and rental car outfits..We've used you for years, but next time we'll try the other mob.

Have used Aeroparks in the past and it was a fantastic service. Customer service, efficiency of the whole operation, nice branding and tidy vans, everything was comfortable and I felt confident leaving my car with them. Completely different experience this time round. Didn't realized they'd moved locations, the website still has all old pictures so seemed legit. Got there and was really underwhelmed, may as well have just parked on the side of the road. Wasnt trusting theyd take care of our car (passenger seat had been moved, inside of the car was really damp, and engine had a terrible smell after starting).But honestly the worst part was on transit to airport and back, staff wanted my 9 month old baby to be seated on my lap. First off that is illegal, secondly that is incredibly unsafe, we could not believe that was being asked of us. Purely to save seating space for other passengers it was suggested not to use a carseat. I still can't believe it writing this.Can confidently say we will never be using them again. Such a shame, the old service was excellent.
