living in Timaru got in touch with Stacey over the phone, with all my questions answerd perefectly a car was organised in the colour i wanted so i was up to chch that wknd to take a test drive of a new subaru xv, and driving away a very happy customer in a new car i wanted and was put straight into adventure its designed for!Thanks for doing good buisness!

Poor service.When I bought my car it came with a lifetime of free grooming.Took my car in today booked for a recall and groom. The recall work was estimated at about an hour of time. After the 4 hours I was asked to leave it I went to pick up car and saw it hadn’t been groomed. The staff person smiled and said oh it must have been overlooked. I asked what they would do he said he could pick it up tomorrow and do but when I said I was from Rangiora this became a non option. I asked for some money so I could take it through a drive thru car clean, was told they had no money. I asked if there was a drive thru near by which he said there was so I asked him to take it there which he reluctantly did. Of course this meant the inside was not done. The last 2 times I have been to have it groomed it was incomplete. I left feeling disrespected.

I got scammed today. As a Subaru owner, somehow they got my contact and inviting me to do WOF with them, was a bit strange to me but it worth a try as it quite close to my work place. Picked up the car in the afternoon with the bill nearly $750 !!! This is how they tricked me: While dropping the car in the morning, the receptionist quickly handed you only the last page of the documents to sign. For me, it was just WOF as booked. At lunch time, they texted me a link to accept wiper blades replacement, with others items which are ticked green ticked, that looks everything else is fine for WOF. Then electronically signed without thinking I was trapped. Turned out, I was tricked to sign in their expensive service package, which is just for oil change, air filter change... OK, BYE, no more visit from me for sure. I was thinking to buy another Subaru this year, but thing has changed...

UPDATE: Team got the right part and sorted out a loan car for me to use for the day. The work was completed in a good time frame and they even washed the car afterward. Thanks to the team for there friendly service and making sure to follow up it is appreciated.Good but got the wrong part so will add to this once work is done

Absolute fantastic service from stacey. I highly recommend her and the team at Armstrong.I’ve had my new Subaru Forrester sports plus for 3 days and I’m loving it. Stacey took the time to listen to my needs and requirements and helped me get vehicle that best suit them.We even had a bit of fun with buying this car, as I could not decide on my two colours choices so I asked her to surprise me.

Another disappointing experience today at armstrongs, had my car booked in for a routine service, only to find when i turned up they wanted my car for 5 hours, this is ridiculous, not only that the car was late again so my car needed 6 hours for an oil change, what a joke also i think it is totally rude to adjust the front seats (drivers and passengers) electronically so that i have to fix it later, -this all happened last time i had a service also, at least this time my car got cleaned , defiantly wont be going back again worst dealership experience x2 ive ever had.

Never come across more unethical customer service in my life. Yard salesman tried to pull one over us by making false statements about a car we were looking at. Lucky for us I am a specialist service technician and know my Peugeot cars. Any other customer would have been ripped off. Typical used car dealers.

I took my Peugeot for it's first service last week and was very impressed within the service. The vehicle came back immaculate and Sean and Courtney were extremely helpful even when I had a wee whinge about paying for a courtesy car.I dealt with Sean when I bought the vehicle, he was amazing then and his follow up has been the same.
