No complaints, service plan purchased with vehicle, recall on collision avoidance system so replacement took another day, but provided a zippy new loan car. Very happy.

We had a unexpected fuel pump problem . I rang Jason and he said get it here and we will look at it. This was about 10 in the morning . By 3 in the afternoon it was finished. Couldn't of asked for more

Friendly, prompt customer service. Only concern I have is the cost of the parts. Would have preferred to be notified of this prior to work going ahead as it was more than was quoted. Will definitely use again though.

Told us a courtesy car would be available but there was none so I was reduced to walking in the rain with a young child. No one acknowledged us in reception for about 10 minutes despite 5 people working at the time. The glovebox compartment was not reattached correctly after the work they did. It was 3 weeks after I called them regarding the airbag recall letter I received before I rung them back myself to find out if the parts had arrived. We would never buy from this branch, not a good first impression.

Awesome service from Manawatu Nissan so 5 stars. Carriers were a let down though. Don't expect parts coming from Australia to take nearly a month!

Service ok average, workmanship standard is average, my LDV had a w/screen watetleak repaired, when I collected it, there was dry silicone & dirty matks on the hoodlining & greasy marks on the w/screen. The vehicle has been in the w/shop 3 times recently with ECU problems (apparently waiting for Taupo to asvise of a fix) , still unresolved, the communication is poor - I have to phone for updates or to ask if its ready for pickup. I'll only use the dealership while the vehicle is under warranty.
